An appointment fee of $10 will be billed to your Banner account. Lab work, medication, immunizations, and some appointment types cost additional fees. No payment at the time of the appointment! 

Don't miss your appointment! Please call if you need to reschedule. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance, or failing to attend your appointment, will result in a $25.00 no-show fee billed to your student account.
