
Rising 9th-12th graders are invited to campus for a week-long day camp where they will participate in hands-on activities and lessons intended to introduce them to the concepts of engineering and the various disciplines of the field. Activities include robotics design, coding, application of phyics through potential and kinetic energy, along with meeting faculty and industry partners. Grades and teacher recommendation are required. Space is limited.

Fee: Project Engineer is offered at no cost thanks to the sponsorship of Chevron Phillips Chemical.
Application process:
- Submit an application.
- Application requires a copy of a recent report card. Please have the document ready to upload before applying.
- Send teacher recommendation form - this is provided upon confirmation of application received.
- Teachers are required to complete the recommendation form and upload a brief statement (1–5 sentences) explaining why they do or do not recommend the student for camp participation. The statement must be typed on official letterhead and signed by the teacher before upload. For homeschooled students, a recommendation from a community member, coach, or similar mentor will be accepted.
